鱼丸
鱼丸
材料
1。鱼肉半斤
2。盐1小勺,葱末1大勺,姜末1小勺,酒1大勺,水1杯
3。蛋白1个
做法
1。将鱼肉剁成泥状,放入碗中,分次加入2料,边加边用手快速搅拌至有粘性,再加蛋白拌匀成鱼浆
2。锅烧热,加水5杯,将鱼浆从手的虎口处挤出成鱼丸,全部挤完后,开火,以中小火烧煮,至浮起捞出,可用作火锅料或汤菜配料
