银耳南瓜盅
1。.小南瓜一个(1。5磅左右)
2。泡发银耳1杯,冰糖2大勺,枸杞1大勺,花旗参1大勺
3。牛奶适量
1。花旗参入碗中泡软,枸杞洗净,银耳撕小朵
2。在南瓜顶部下刀切一盖留用,将瓜囊,籽挖出。依序将银耳‘
花旗参’枸杞‘冰糖填入南瓜中,然后加入牛奶至8分满,
盖上切下的顶盖。
3。水烧开上蒸锅中火蒸一小时,即可食用。
